These terms are an agreement between you and POD (“POD”, “we”). They cover the POD Dashboard at app.printondemand.ph and your POD membership. By signing in or becoming a member you agree to them. “You” means the member who owns the POD store.
1. Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your email inbox secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. You must be at least 18 to be a member.
A POD membership is for its owner only. You can’t add staff or team members.
2. POD Member plan
- Price. $19.99 a month, from the first month. There is no lower-priced first month and no free trial.
- What it includes. 20% off POD prices, free shipping, tagless labels, package inserts and pattern templates.
- No AI tools. The plan has no AI tools, such as Rename with AI or AI changes.
- Bills. Each month’s bill is paid by PayPal subscription, or by an emailed invoice with a link to pay by card or bank transfer, due 7 days after it is sent.
- Late payment. If a bill is unpaid 10 days after its due date, we may close your membership. Orders already paid for are still made and shipped. Orders not yet paid are held and not made.
- Cancelling. You can cancel in the POD Dashboard under Settings › Membership, or ask us to. Your membership ends that day: no further bills are raised, and new Shopify orders are no longer made. Bills already sent still need to be paid, and fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires. Orders already paid for are still made and shipped. Orders not yet paid are held and not made. Money left in your Wallet is refunded when you close your store.
- Deleting your store. You can instead delete your POD store completely under Settings › Membership, or ask us to. This works once your orders in production are finished and the money left in your Wallet has been refunded. We then erase your designs, uploads, settings and Shopify connection straight away. We keep only the records of completed orders and payments that Philippine tax and accounting law requires, for as long as it requires them.
3. Selling through your own Shopify store
You sell through your own Shopify store. Your shoppers buy and pay there, under your Shopify store’s terms. POD doesn’t take their payment or email them.
- Orders. When you connect your Shopify store, its new orders come to us. We make only the items marked with your vendor name, using the design in My designs with the same name. Items we can’t match to a design or size wait until you pick their design in My designs.
- Shoppers’ logos. A design can be set so shoppers add their own logos. Its orders wait until you upload the logos, say where each goes and send the order to production. Sending is your approval of the logos. You must have your shopper’s permission to use them (section 6).
- Your Shopify store. You are responsible for your Shopify store, its prices and what you promise your shoppers there.
4. Your Wallet: pay first
- Each order’s production cost is paid from your store’s Wallet. You pay the POD price, with your 20% off and free shipping.
- We make an order only once it is paid. There is no credit line. If your Wallet doesn’t cover an order, the order waits until you add money, and we email you when one is waiting.
- You add money by Wise, bank transfer, or PayPal or card. A card or PayPal top-up may carry a processing fee, shown before you pay.
5. Production and delivery
- Made to order. Everything is made to order from your design. Check sizes, quantities, colors and artwork before an order starts. Because each item is custom-made, orders can’t be cancelled or changed once production starts, and custom items can’t be returned for change of mind.
- Defects. We remake or refund an item that arrives defective or clearly different from the approved design. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with photos.
- Colors. Colors on screen are a preview. Fabric, printing and lighting mean the finished item may differ slightly.
- Timing. We aim to start production the next working day after an order is paid and its design is ready. Production and delivery times are estimates; we tell you if an order will be significantly late. Orders ship to the address on the Shopify order. Risk passes on delivery to that address.
6. Your designs and artwork
- You keep ownership of the designs, logos and images you upload, and of your shoppers’ logos you send us.
- You give POD and our production partner a license to use them only to show them to you, make your orders and help you with support. We will not use them for anything else, such as our own advertising, other members’ stores or templates, without your written permission.
- You promise you own the artwork or have permission to use it, that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s trademark, copyright or rights of publicity, and that it is not unlawful, hateful or obscene. We may refuse or remove designs that break this rule. You are responsible for any claim that arises from artwork you supplied.
- Archiving a design hides it; orders already placed are still made.
7. Our access to your store
To give support, keep the platform working and secure, and meet legal obligations, our staff can view any POD store, including its designs, settings, orders and shoppers’ shipping details. We access a store only for those reasons, never use one member’s information to benefit another, and don’t change your store without your request except to fix a fault, stop a security problem or meet a legal requirement. Our Privacy Policy describes this in full.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse POD: no attempts to break in, scrape other members’ data, send fraudulent orders or upload malicious files. Don’t use POD to sell counterfeit goods.
9. Our content
The POD Dashboard, pattern templates, garment models and the POD brand belong to POD and its licensors. You may use them only through POD to design and order products.
10. Suspension
We may suspend a membership that breaks these terms, infringes others’ rights or is used for fraud. For serious or repeated breaches we may close it permanently.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep POD available but don’t promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw features and update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use POD after a change means you accept it.
12. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or reputational loss.
13. Disputes
